After configuring Google Sheets, Formaloo, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Sheets and Formaloo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Sheets and Formaloo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Sheets and Formaloo
Formaloo + Google Sheets + Slack: When a new row is added in Formaloo, the data is added to a Google Sheet, and a Slack message is sent to a channel to notify the team of the new submission.
Formaloo + Google Sheets + Airtable: Collect data using Formaloo forms. Every new row submitted in Formaloo triggers the addition of a new row in Google Sheets, and a corresponding new record is created in Airtable for data analysis.
