Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the GoToWebinar and Avaza integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between GoToWebinar and Avaza (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect GoToWebinar and Avaza
GoToWebinar + Avaza + Slack: When a new attendee joins a GoToWebinar session, a corresponding task is created in Avaza to follow up with them. A notification is then sent to the relevant Slack channel to inform the project team about the new task and attendee.
GoToWebinar + Google Sheets + Avaza: When a new attendee joins a GoToWebinar session, their attendance data is logged to a Google Sheet. This data can then be used for project hour tracking and analysis within Avaza.
