Depending on your setup, data should flow between Help Scout and GoCanvas (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Help Scout and GoCanvas
GoCanvas + Help Scout + Slack: When a new submission is received in GoCanvas, a check is performed to see if the inspection fails. If it does, a Help Scout ticket is created, and a Slack message is sent to the safety team.
GoCanvas + Help Scout + Google Sheets: When a new submission is created in GoCanvas, a new row is added to a Google Sheet. When the Help Scout conversation associated with the submission is updated, that update is also logged in the Google Sheet. This is helpful for reporting.
