Most powerful ways to connect Help Scout and Google AppSheet
Help Scout + Google AppSheet + Slack: When a new conversation is created in Help Scout, if it contains a feature request, the details are added as a new record to a Google AppSheet tracker. Then, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel alerting the product team about the new feature request.
Google AppSheet + Help Scout + Google Sheets: When a record is updated in Google AppSheet, the corresponding customer information in Help Scout is updated. A log of these changes, including the original and updated data, is added as a new row in Google Sheets for auditing and tracking purposes.
