Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring HeyGen, Airtable, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the HeyGen and Airtable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between HeyGen and Airtable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect HeyGen and Airtable
HeyGen + Airtable + Slack: When a new video is created in HeyGen, its details are added as a new record in Airtable. Subsequently, a Slack message is sent to a specified channel, notifying users about the new video and providing a link to the Airtable record.
HeyGen + Google Drive + Airtable: When a new video is generated in HeyGen, it's automatically stored in a specified folder in Google Drive. The file information, including the video's name and Google Drive link, is then logged as a new record in Airtable.
