Depending on your setup, data should flow between HeyGen and Facebook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect HeyGen and Facebook
HeyGen + Facebook + Google Sheets: When a new HeyGen video event occurs (e.g., video completed), the automation retrieves the video details and updates a specific row in a Google Sheets spreadsheet with relevant information. This data can then be used for campaign optimization in Facebook.
Facebook + HeyGen + Email: When a new event occurs in HeyGen (e.g., video created), use the video to send personalized email. The trigger does not depend on Facebook, but the video originates from there. We are mapping the event to an email with a specific video based on some mapping.
