Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring HeyGen, FireText, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the HeyGen and FireText integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between HeyGen and FireText (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect HeyGen and FireText
Google Sheets + HeyGen + FireText: When a new row is added to a Google Sheet, a personalized video is generated using HeyGen. Once the video is ready, FireText sends an SMS message to the contact with a link to the video.
FireText + HeyGen + Airtable: When a new SMS message is received by FireText, a personalized video is created using HeyGen based on the message content. The video link and message details are then stored in Airtable for tracking and analysis.
