Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring HeyGen, Harvest, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the HeyGen and Harvest integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between HeyGen and Harvest (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect HeyGen and Harvest
HeyGen + Harvest + Slack: When a new event occurs in HeyGen indicating a video project is completed, a time entry is created in Harvest to log the time spent. A message is then sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the team about the completed video and logged time.
Harvest + HeyGen + Google Sheets: When a timer is stopped in Harvest, a video script is generated in HeyGen using the time entry data. The progress of the video creation is then logged in Google Sheets.
