Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Hive, Adalo, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Hive and Adalo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Hive and Adalo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Hive and Adalo

Hive + Adalo + Google Sheets: When a new action is created in Hive (e.g., task completion), the corresponding record in Adalo is updated to reflect the status change. Subsequently, a new row is added to Google Sheets to log the task completion event.

Adalo + Hive + Slack: When a new user signs up in Adalo, a new project is created in Hive to manage their onboarding. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to alert the team about the new user and project.
