Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Hive, Bexio, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Hive and Bexio integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Hive and Bexio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Hive and Bexio

Hive + Bexio + Slack: When a new project is created in Hive, a corresponding project is automatically created in Bexio. A notification is then sent to the project team in Slack to inform them of the new project.

Bexio + Hive + Google Calendar: When an invoice is paid in Bexio, a follow-up action is created in Hive. Additionally, a thank you reminder event is scheduled in Google Calendar to ensure timely follow-up.
