Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Hive and Google Ads integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Hive and Google Ads (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Hive and Google Ads

Hive + Google Ads + Slack: When a new project is created in Hive, the automation searches for related campaigns in Google Ads and pauses them to prevent irrelevant ad spending. A Slack notification is then sent to inform the team.

Google Ads + Google Sheets + Hive: This flow tracks Google Ads campaign performance. It retrieves campaign data, logs the spend and performance metrics in Google Sheets, and creates corresponding tasks in Hive for campaign optimization.
