  • Email marketing and automation
  • Content management system (CMS)
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Social media management

With its all-in-one approach, HubSpot is ideal for businesses looking to manage their customer relationships and marketing in a centralized manner.

On the other hand, ConvertKit is primarily designed for creators and small businesses who want to build and nurture their audience. It focuses on:

  • Email marketing and automation
  • Landing pages
  • Subscriber management
  • Tagging and segmentation
  • Integrations with other platforms

ConvertKit's user-friendly interface makes it an excellent choice for bloggers, podcasters, and online educators focused on growing their email lists and engaging with their audience.

Integrating HubSpot and ConvertKit can further streamline your workflow and enhance your marketing strategy. By connecting these two platforms, you can:

  1. Automatically sync contacts between HubSpot and ConvertKit
  2. Utilize advanced segmentation and targeting in your email campaigns
  3. Improve your lead generation efforts through combined analytics
  4. Enhance customer engagement by leveraging the strengths of both platforms

To facilitate this integration without coding, you can use platforms like Latenode. With Latenode, you can easily set up automated workflows that bridge the gap between HubSpot's CRM capabilities and ConvertKit's email marketing features, making your marketing efforts more efficient and effective.

In summary, both HubSpot and ConvertKit have their unique advantages. Depending on your business needs, you can choose to utilize one or integrate both to create a powerful marketing ecosystem that helps you engage with your audience and drive growth.

Most Powerful Ways To Connect Hubspot and ConvertKit?

Connecting HubSpot and ConvertKit can significantly enhance your marketing efficiency, allowing you to leverage the strengths of both platforms. Here are three powerful ways to achieve seamless integration:

  1. Utilizing an Integration Platform:

One of the most effective methods to connect HubSpot and ConvertKit is by using an integration platform like Latenode. This tool allows you to create automated workflows between the two applications without any coding required. You can set up triggers in HubSpot, such as form submissions or contact updates, that will automatically sync information to your ConvertKit account, helping you to keep your email marketing lists up-to-date effortlessly.

  2. Exporting and Importing Contacts:

If you prefer a manual approach, you can export contacts from HubSpot and import them into ConvertKit. Here’s how you can do this:

    • Export your contacts from HubSpot in a CSV format.
    • Log into your ConvertKit account.
    • Go to the Subscribers section and select Import.
    • Upload the CSV file and map your fields accordingly.

This method keeps your email list refreshed, enabling effective targeted campaigns.

  3. Email Campaign Automation:

By setting up email campaign automations in ConvertKit based on actions taken in HubSpot, you can create a more engaging user experience. For instance:

    • Trigger automated email sequences when a lead is added in HubSpot.
    • Send follow-up emails when users interact with HubSpot landing pages.

This strategy ensures that your leads receive timely and relevant information, boosting conversion rates.

Incorporating any of these strategies will help you connect HubSpot and ConvertKit effectively, enabling you to streamline your marketing efforts and foster stronger connections with your audience.

  1. Setting Up Integrations: Begin by choosing the platform you want to connect with ConvertKit. Follow the prompts to authenticate your accounts.
  2. Creating Triggers and Actions: Define what actions in ConvertKit should trigger events in your other tools, like sending a notification when a new subscriber joins or updating a CRM.
  3. Testing Your Integration: Always test your flows to ensure that they work correctly, adjusting settings as necessary for optimal performance.

These steps can greatly enhance your email marketing strategy, making it easier to manage your contacts and campaigns. I am being able to reduce the time of building my backend and still have low costs. The other platforms are way more expensive. And its always easier to measure the expenses of a scenario with  Latenode. The customer suppost always respond super fast.

Latenode and their support team have been great and responsive in providing my team with support in creating a workflow where our data from Google Sheet Form Submissions will take the users that submitted the form and then use our OpenAI API to create newsletters to send to them. Latenode's price point and use of credits through execution time allows it to be a cheaper alternative to Zapier or Make. Drag and drop modules give it a familiar experience when compared to its competitors and get the same job done at a cost-effective price.

Affordable Automation with Robust Features – I've been using Latenode for over a month now, and I already prefer it over more popular options like Zapier, Pabbly, or Make. The biggest advantage of Latenode is its significantly lower automation costs, all while maintaining the same robust features. The only downside is the limited integrations, but that's understandable given that it's a newer player in the market. Overall, Latenode offers excellent value and has quickly become my go-to for automation needs. Significantly lower automation costs compared to Zapier, Pabbly, and Make Maintains the same robust features as more popular platforms Excellent value for money. Limited integrations due to being a newer player in the market

Best low code tool on market!! I am just starting my journey deeper but for time now this tool is excellent and it is far most better then make.com. I especially like the ease of use and the fact that for Google services, there's no need to manually go to the API or the Google console to look for the Client ID and similar things. For now evertyhing is perfectly fitted to my needs

Latenode is a hidden gem! If you use Zapier for automation, check this out. Super similar features but way, WAY more affordable. The free plan is generous, and it's easy to set up workflows even if you're not tech-savvy. Perfect for small businesses or anyone wanting to simplify their life with automation on a budget. Highly recommend!

Latenode is a powerful automation tool. Zapier is a powerful automation tool that can help businesses of all sizes save time and money. It's easy to use, even for those with no coding experience, and it can connect hundreds of different apps and services. However, it can be expensive for some users, and it can be difficult to troubleshoot when things go wrong. The best part of the application is that it is a cheaper system compared to other platforms 🔥

I honestly love how Latenode has approached automation. The "low-code" approach is perfect for my needs. I'm not a developer, but with the help of their AI helper I can get cool stuff done very quickly! For most of the time, the beautiful drag-n-drop canvas gets the job done very efficiently. I also love their method of creating your own "connectors" using nodules. Makes it very easy to re-use custom connection nodes in other scenarios. The pricing also makes a lot of sense if you're doing "less" but "longer running" processes.

You must try it! 🔥 I've been blown away by Latenode's ease of use and affordability. As someone who's currently testing it out, I can honestly say it's exceeded my expectations at every turn. The platform itself is incredibly intuitive. They've struck a perfect balance between no-code and low-code functionality, making it accessible for beginners but powerful enough for complex automations. The best part? During my testing phase, I haven't encountered a single error. Everything has run smoothly and exactly as intended. Latenode is a game-changer for anyone looking to streamline their workflows without breaking the bank. It's a must-try for anyone looking to boost their productivity.

Finally found what I was looking for...Even before seeing what was under the hood and meeting face to face with Daniel (CMO), I was already impressed with the business model compared to the others. As someone who's been marketing software products for over 2 decades, and a user of all things automation (to some extent or another) such as Zapier, Pabbly, n8n, and Active Pieces; I felt compelled to go right for a partnership deal with these guys. It was kind of a no-brainer. Looking forward to building some incredible automations for businesses around the world with this team.
