Depending on your setup, data should flow between Intercom and Bouncer (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Intercom and Bouncer
Intercom + Bouncer + Slack: When a new lead is created in Intercom, verify their email address using Bouncer. If the email is invalid, send an alert to a designated Slack channel.
Bouncer + Google Sheets + Intercom: When an email bounces (simulated by manual trigger since there's no Bouncer trigger), log the bounced email address into a Google Sheet. Then, update the corresponding user in Intercom by adding a tag or custom attribute.
