Most powerful ways to connect Intercom and Businessmap
Intercom + Businessmap + Slack: When a new conversation is started in Intercom, a new card is created in Businessmap to track the request. A Slack message is then sent to the relevant team channel to notify them of the new task.
Businessmap + Intercom + Google Sheets: When a card's status is updated in Businessmap to 'completed', the relevant data is logged in a Google Sheet. This triggers an Intercom message to be sent to the associated client to confirm completion.
