Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Jibble, Basecamp, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and Basecamp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and Basecamp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and Basecamp

Jibble + Basecamp + Slack: When an employee clocks in or out using Jibble, a message is posted to a Basecamp project, and a team Slack channel is notified to keep everyone updated on team member availability.

Basecamp + Jibble + Google Calendar: When a new event is added to a Basecamp project, it creates a shift in Jibble and an entry in Google Calendar, ensuring that team availability is accurately reflected across platforms.
