Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Jibble, Beamer, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and Beamer integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and Beamer (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and Beamer
Jibble + Beamer + Slack: When an employee clocks out using Jibble, a post is created in Beamer summarizing the shift details. Then, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team of the shift end.
Beamer + Jibble + Google Sheets: When a new feature is announced in Beamer, the automation retrieves employee clock-in/clock-out data from Jibble to track hours worked. The data is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
