Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Jibble, Bubble, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and Bubble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and Bubble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and Bubble
Jibble + Bubble + Google Sheets: When a new clock in or out event is recorded in Jibble, the data, including project information, is used to find or create corresponding entries in a Bubble database. Finally, summary reports of employee hours and project allocations are generated and updated in Google Sheets.
Bubble + Jibble + Slack: When the status of a project is modified in Bubble, a clock in/out action is triggered in Jibble to track the time spent on the project. Once the time tracking is initiated, a Slack message is sent to a specified channel, notifying the team about the project status change and the start of time tracking.
