Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Jibble, CloudConvert, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and CloudConvert integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and CloudConvert (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and CloudConvert
Jibble + CloudConvert + Slack: When a new clock-out event is recorded in Jibble, the timesheet data associated with that event is converted to a PDF file using CloudConvert. Finally, a summary of the converted timesheet, including a link to the PDF, is sent to a designated Slack channel.
CloudConvert + Jibble + Google Sheets: When a CloudConvert job finishes (converting a timesheet PDF from Jibble data), the converted document is logged into a Google Sheet by adding a new row with conversion details and the file link. No archive to Google Drive is possible with provided action.
