Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Jibble, Creatomate, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and Creatomate integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and Creatomate (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and Creatomate
Jibble + Creatomate + Slack: When an employee clocks out in Jibble, Creatomate creates a summary video based on a predefined template. This video is then shared on a designated Slack channel for team review.
Jibble + Creatomate + Google Sheets: When an employee clocks in or out, Jibble's time tracking data triggers Creatomate to generate a video based on employee hours. This information, including a link to the generated video, is then added to a Google Sheet for payroll processing.
