Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Jibble, Discourse, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and Discourse (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and Discourse
Jibble + Discourse + Slack: When an employee clocks in or out via Jibble, indicating overtime, a new topic is created in a dedicated Discourse forum acknowledging their extra hours. Their manager is then notified via a direct message in Slack.
Discourse + Jibble + Google Sheets: When a new post is created in Discourse, find the author's information. Then use Jibble to record additional time off. Finally, add a new row to a Google Sheet to track this reward.
