Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Jibble, Docusign, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and Docusign integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and Docusign (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and Docusign
Jibble + Docusign + Slack: When a new clock in or out event occurs in Jibble, check if overtime hours are reached. If so, send a Docusign approval request to the employee's manager and notify them about the request in Slack.
Docusign + Jibble + Google Sheets: When an envelope status is updated in Docusign (specifically, when a timesheet is signed), retrieve the document and update attendance records in Jibble. Then, store the signed document data and updated attendance records in a Google Sheet.
