Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Jibble, Intercom, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jibble and Intercom integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jibble and Intercom (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and Intercom
Jibble + Intercom + Slack: When an employee clocks in via Jibble, the system finds their Intercom profile (using email from Jibble) and sends a notification to a designated Slack channel, linking to the Intercom profile.
Jibble + Intercom + Google Sheets: Track support agent work hours from Jibble. When a support agent clocks in/out, their time is recorded. That data is written to a Google Sheet, associating time spent with the Intercom contact (identified via email from Jibble).
