Most powerful ways to connect Jibble and Zendesk

Jibble + Zendesk + Slack: When a user clocks out in Jibble, the system checks if the work duration exceeds a defined threshold. If overtime is detected, a Zendesk ticket is automatically created. A Slack message is sent to the relevant manager for awareness and action.

Zendesk + Jibble + Google Sheets: This automation tracks Zendesk ticket resolution times and compares them against employee work hours logged in Jibble. Data is aggregated and reported in a Google Sheet for performance analysis and reporting.
