Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jira and Caspio integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jira and Caspio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Jira and Caspio

Jira + Caspio + Slack: When a Jira issue is updated (specifically, when its status changes to 'Resolved'), the automation updates the corresponding record in the Caspio database and sends a notification to a specified Slack channel.

Caspio + Jira + Google Sheets: When a new record is added to a Caspio table, the automation creates a new issue in Jira and logs the details of both the Caspio record and the newly created Jira issue into a Google Sheet.
