How to connect Jira and Cloze
Create a New Scenario to Connect Jira and Cloze
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Jira, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Jira or Cloze will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Jira or Cloze, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Jira, Cloze, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jira and Cloze integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jira and Cloze (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Jira and Cloze
Jira + Cloze + Slack: When a Jira issue is updated (specifically, when its status changes to 'Resolved'), a summary of the resolution is added as a communication record in Cloze, and a notification is sent to the relevant team channel in Slack.
Cloze + Jira + Google Sheets: When a new contact is created or updated in Cloze, a new issue is created in Jira to track follow-up actions, and the contact's details and the Jira issue link are logged in a Google Sheet.
