Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jira and Grist (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Jira + Grist + Slack: When a critical bug is logged in Jira, a new task is automatically created in Grist for tracking purposes. Subsequently, a notification is sent to the development team via Slack to inform them of the new task.
Grist + Jira + Google Sheets: Grist serves as the central database for Jira tasks. When a Jira issue is updated, the information is reflected in Grist. A summary of the updated Jira tasks is then pushed to Google Sheets for reporting purposes.
