Most powerful ways to connect JobNimbus and Delighted
JobNimbus + Delighted + Slack: When a JobNimbus project is updated (e.g., marked as complete), a survey is sent via Delighted. If the response indicates a low score (e.g., below a certain threshold), a Slack notification is sent to a designated channel to alert the team.
Delighted + JobNimbus + Google Sheets: When a new response is received in Delighted, the flow retrieves related project information from JobNimbus (using contact email or other identifying information). This response data, along with the JobNimbus project details, is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for analysis.
