Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the JustCall and Airparser integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between JustCall and Airparser (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect JustCall and Airparser
JustCall + Airparser + Google Sheets: When a new call is missed in JustCall, Airparser extracts the relevant call data from the recording. This data is then added as a new row in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for analysis and reporting.
Airparser + JustCall + Salesforce: When a new document is available in Airparser, it extracts contact details from the call recording. JustCall then uses these details to find or create a contact, and Salesforce creates a new lead with the extracted information.
