Most powerful ways to connect JustCall and Basecamp
JustCall + Basecamp + Slack: When a call is missed in JustCall, a to-do item is created in Basecamp to follow up. A message is then sent to a designated Slack channel notifying the team about the missed call and the newly created to-do.
Basecamp + JustCall + Google Sheets: When a new project is created in Basecamp, a text message is sent via JustCall to the project lead. The project details are also added as a new row in a Google Sheet for tracking.
