Most powerful ways to connect JustCall and Businessmap
JustCall + Businessmap + Slack: When a call is missed in JustCall, a new card is created in Businessmap to follow up on the missed call. A notification is sent to a Slack channel to alert the team about the new task.
Businessmap + JustCall + Google Sheets: When a card is updated in Businessmap, indicating task completion, the information (completion time and potentially the agent) is logged to a Google Sheet. A text message is then sent via JustCall to the client confirming task completion.
