Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring JustCall, Coda, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the JustCall and Coda integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between JustCall and Coda (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect JustCall and Coda
JustCall + Coda + Slack: When a call is missed in JustCall, a new row is created in Coda to track the missed call. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the sales team.
Coda + JustCall + Google Calendar: When a task is updated in Coda, a follow-up call is scheduled in JustCall with the relevant contact. The scheduled call is then added as an event to Google Calendar to ensure it's tracked.
