Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Kintone, Basecamp, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Kintone and Basecamp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Kintone and Basecamp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Kintone and Basecamp

Basecamp + Kintone + Slack: When a new card is added to a Basecamp project, the automation checks for related records in Kintone using data from the card. If a match is found, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel.

Basecamp + Kintone + Google Sheets: When a new project is created in Basecamp, the automation retrieves information from Kintone and then adds a new row to a Google Sheet with project details from Basecamp and associated Kintone data.
