Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Kintone, Bitly, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Kintone and Bitly integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Kintone and Bitly (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Kintone and Bitly

Kintone + Bitly + Slack: When a new record is created in Kintone, a Bitly link is generated to shorten the Kintone record's URL. This shortened link is then sent to a Slack channel for easy access.

Bitly + Kintone + Google Sheets: When a Bitly link is created, its click data is tracked in Google Sheets, and the corresponding Kintone record is updated with this click data. This ensures Kintone reflects the latest link activity.
