Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Kintone and Box integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Kintone and Box (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Kintone and Box

Kintone + Box + Slack: When a new record is created in Kintone, a new folder is created in Box to store project-related files. A notification with the Box folder link is then sent to a Slack channel.

Box + Kintone + Google Sheets: When a new file is added to a specified Box folder, the automation updates a corresponding Kintone record and logs the file name and update details into a Google Sheet.
