Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Kintone, DonationAlerts, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Kintone and DonationAlerts integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Kintone and DonationAlerts (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Kintone and DonationAlerts

Kintone + DonationAlerts + Slack: When a new donation alert is received in DonationAlerts, this flow checks the Kintone project data. If the donation amount causes a milestone to be reached in Kintone, a notification is sent to a specified Slack channel.

DonationAlerts + Kintone + Google Sheets: When a new donation alert is received in DonationAlerts, the flow retrieves user information from Kintone. It then adds this donation data, along with the Kintone user info, as a new row to a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
