Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Kintone, Getform, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Kintone and Getform integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Kintone and Getform (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Kintone and Getform

Getform + Kintone + Slack: Upon receiving a new submission in Getform, a new record is created in Kintone. Subsequently, a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the team about the new record.

Getform + Kintone + Google Sheets: When a new form submission is received via Getform, the submission data updates a record in Kintone. Then, a new row is added to a Google Sheet to record the data for analysis.
