Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Kintone and HeyGen integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Kintone and HeyGen (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Kintone and HeyGen
Kintone + HeyGen + Slack: When a new record is added to Kintone, HeyGen generates a video from a template. Then, a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the team about the newly created video, including a link to the video.
Kintone + HeyGen + Gmail: When a new record is created in Kintone, HeyGen generates a personalized video using the record's data. This video is then sent to the contact's email address stored in the Kintone record via Gmail.
