How to connect Klaviyo and AI: Perplexity
Create a New Scenario to Connect Klaviyo and AI: Perplexity
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Klaviyo, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Klaviyo or AI: Perplexity will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Klaviyo or AI: Perplexity, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the Klaviyo Node
Select the Klaviyo node from the app selection panel on the right.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Klaviyo, AI: Perplexity, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Klaviyo and AI: Perplexity integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Klaviyo and AI: Perplexity (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Klaviyo and AI: Perplexity
Klaviyo + Perplexity + Slack: When a new profile is added to a Klaviyo list, Perplexity is used (using its API, as there are no direct Perplexity actions) to analyze the profile data and summarize key feedback points. These insights are then sent to a dedicated Slack channel for review.
Perplexity + Klaviyo + Google Sheets: Using Perplexity (via its API), research current email marketing trends. Store these trends in a Google Sheet by adding a new row. This data can then be used as a reference for Klaviyo email campaign creation, although the current automation will just add to the spreadsheet.
