Depending on your setup, data should flow between Klaviyo and Mailhook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Klaviyo and Mailhook
Shopify + Mailhook + Klaviyo: When a new order is created in Shopify, Mailhook captures the associated email. If the order is not paid after a defined period, Klaviyo sends a personalized follow-up email with a special offer to encourage completion of the purchase.
Mailhook + Klaviyo + Twilio: When Mailhook captures a new SMS message, it extracts the content and passes it to Klaviyo. Klaviyo then triggers an automated SMS response via Twilio based on the content of the received message, enabling interactive campaigns and automated support.
