Most powerful ways to connect Knack and Discord bot
Knack + Google Sheets + Discord bot: When a new record is created in Knack, the information is added to a Google Sheet. A Discord bot then sends a message to a specified channel alerting users to the new Knack entry and providing a link to the sheet.
Discord bot + Knack + Twilio: When a specific command is received by the Discord bot in a channel, the bot updates a record in a Knack database. This update then triggers a Twilio SMS message to be sent to a specified phone number with relevant information from the updated Knack record.
