Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Lessonspace and Apollo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Lessonspace and Apollo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Lessonspace and Apollo
Lessonspace + Google Sheets + Apollo: When a Lessonspace session ends (trigger unavailable, using session list as a workaround), retrieve session details using 'Get Organisation Session List'. Then, add a new row to a Google Sheet with these details. Finally, create or update a contact in Apollo based on the student's information.
Apollo + Calendly + Lessonspace: When a new contact is created in Apollo, create a Calendly single-use scheduling link. Then, based on the selected calendly event, create a Lessonspace space for the scheduled session.
