After configuring Lessonspace, Getresponse, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Lessonspace and Getresponse integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Lessonspace and Getresponse (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Lessonspace and Getresponse
Lessonspace + Zoom + Getresponse: When a Lessonspace session ends, collect attendee information (assuming this can be accessed via Lessonspace's session data - not directly supported by provided actions, so using a workaround: create a Zoom meeting, register the Lessonspace attendee to it. When the Zoom meeting ends, add that registrant to Getresponse.
Getresponse + Lessonspace + Google Calendar: When a new contact is added to Getresponse, automatically schedule a follow-up tutoring session in Lessonspace and create an event in Google Calendar to reflect this session.
