Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Lessonspace and Google Groups integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Lessonspace and Google Groups (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Lessonspace and Google Groups
Lessonspace + Google Groups + Google Calendar: When a Lessonspace session ends, automatically schedule a follow-up meeting in Google Calendar for the members of a specified Google Group. The Google Group is used to identify participants who should be invited to the follow-up meeting.
Lessonspace + Zoom + Google Groups: After a Lessonspace tutoring session concludes, retrieve the Zoom recording link (assuming the tutoring session was conducted via Zoom within Lessonspace) and share this link with a designated Google Group.
