Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Lessonspace and Quickbase integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Lessonspace and Quickbase (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Lessonspace and Quickbase
Lessonspace + Quickbase + Slack: When a new Lessonspace session recording is available, the link to the recording is added as a new record in Quickbase. Subsequently, a Slack message is sent to notify the relevant students about the new recording in Quickbase.
Quickbase + Lessonspace + Google Calendar: When a new record is created in Quickbase (e.g., for a new lesson), a corresponding Lessonspace session is created. A Google Calendar event is then created for the lesson, automating scheduling and reminders.
