Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Linear, Docusign, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Linear and Docusign integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Linear and Docusign (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Linear and Docusign

Linear + Docusign + Slack: When a Linear issue is updated to a resolved status, a Docusign contract is sent for client approval. Upon sending the contract, a notification is posted to a designated Slack channel to inform the team.

Docusign + Linear + Jira: When a Docusign envelope status is updated (e.g., signed), a new bug report is created in Linear and a task is created in Jira to address the bug.
