Depending on your setup, data should flow between Linear and LiveChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Linear and LiveChat
Linear + LiveChat + Slack: When a new issue is created in Linear, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the support team about the new issue via Slack, using the LiveChat action as an intermediary notification service if a direct integration isn't possible.
LiveChat + Linear + Jira: When a LiveChat conversation is deactivated, indicating a resolved issue, a new bug report is created in Linear. Subsequently, this Linear issue triggers the creation of a corresponding issue in Jira to track development.
