Create a New Scenario to Connect LinkedIn and Etsy
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step

Triggers can be scheduled, called by a LinkedIn, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, LinkedIn or Etsy will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find LinkedIn or Etsy, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the LinkedIn Node
Select the LinkedIn node from the app selection panel on the right.

Configure the LinkedIn
Click on the LinkedIn node to configure it. You can modify the LinkedIn URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.
Add the Etsy Node
Next, click the plus (+) icon on the LinkedIn node, select Etsy from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Etsy.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring LinkedIn, Etsy, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the LinkedIn and Etsy integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between LinkedIn and Etsy (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect LinkedIn and Etsy
LinkedIn + Etsy + Slack: Whenever a new post is created on a LinkedIn organization page, the flow checks if the post contains keywords related to Etsy shop announcements. If it does, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the team of potential collaboration opportunities.
Etsy + LinkedIn + Google Sheets: When a new transaction occurs in an Etsy shop, the flow attempts to find the buyer's profile data on LinkedIn using their name or other available information. If a LinkedIn profile is found, its details are added as a new row to a Google Sheet for targeted outreach and marketing analysis.
