Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the LiveChat and ActiveCampaign integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and ActiveCampaign (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and ActiveCampaign
LiveChat + ActiveCampaign + Google Sheets: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, the transcript is added as a note to the contact in ActiveCampaign. Then, the chat transcript and contact details are added as a new row to a Google Sheet for analysis.
ActiveCampaign + LiveChat + Slack: When a contact is added or updated in ActiveCampaign, the automation searches for the user's details, and if the contact initiates a chat through LiveChat, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel notifying the sales team.
