Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Basin
LiveChat + Basin + Slack: When a LiveChat conversation is deactivated, the transcript data is saved to a Basin form submission. Slack then sends a message to a designated channel, alerting the team for urgent follow-up.
Basin + LiveChat + Google Sheets: When a new submission is received in Basin, it retrieves associated LiveChat session data (if available). All the combined data is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for analysis and record-keeping.
