Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the LiveChat and Chatwork integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Chatwork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Chatwork
LiveChat + Google Sheets + Chatwork: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, the transcript details are added as a new row in Google Sheets. A summary of the chat is then sent to a specified Chatwork room for team review.
LiveChat + Chatwork + Jira: When a new chat is initiated in LiveChat, the conversation is sent to Chatwork. If a customer issue is identified within the Chatwork conversation, a new Jira ticket is automatically created.
